Hidden Earthy Artisan Retreat with Huge Private Terrace // Tulum or Berber style

This is a unique little apartment in Leyton, just a short walk from the central line station. It's filled with artisan pieces such as ceramics from local makers, hand-carved objects from my travels and reclaimed vintage pieces. The kitchen and bathroom are both designed in a warm neutral tadelakt (Moroccan plaster), travertine sinks and reclaimed brass taps. The furniture includes a Chinese elm wood bench, Hungarian milking stools and a French antique trunk. Bespoke double doors and floor-to-ceiling windows, coupled with its south facing position, ensure the space is really bright and sunny. The flat itself is tiny (27sqm) and I do live here but personal belongings will all be out of sight. It has it's own private entrance and large decked terrace (please note, this is overlooked by my neighbours' windows). There is also a cat who lives at the property - he sleeps all day long and will most likely hide away so you won't even see him. If this is a problem though, please let me know and I will do my best to try to work out a solution. Other things to note - the sofa in situ is the brown leather, not the beige fabric one (and the Christmas lights are no more!). A professional clean will be done prior to your arrival.
