Our Event Space has been properly disinfected by a COVID-19 Professional Deep Cleaning/Sanitation Company
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

Parking description
Parking is located right out front of the Event Space. The parking lot is very large and guest are able to park in all parking spots located in the front of the building.
General Rules
Venue deposits are non-refundable.
Guests may arrive 30 minutes before RENTAL time access Event Space.
Alcohol is allowed on the premises and should include Bartender add-on.
The consumption of alcohol by minors is strictly prohibited.
No driving/parking on the grass except for designated parking lots/areas.
No vehicles may be left overnight
Venue rental times include setup and breakdown time.Music must end by 2:00am to comply with Venue Sound Ordinances and in order to allow for clean-up and closure of the site by 1:00am.
All cleanup will be completed before your venue rental time expires. Additional time will be charged at $150 per hour billed by the hour. A $150 cleaning fee will be applied if cleanup is not done.
Esther's Venue is open to the public on weekends. Closing time to the public is 2:00am on Saturday’s and 1am on Sundays.
No large flames or smoking on-site allowed. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only (Out-Door Patio area).
No confetti,Bird seed,- please no plastic confetti, stars and silk flower petals.
The Client is responsible for all guests attending the event.
Any damage or loss resulting from the event attendees will be billed to the reserving party.
Any intoxicated guests are the responsibility of the reserving party.
The reserving party will sign a liability waiver at least 30 days no later than 14-days prior to the event day.
The booking party cannot hold Esther's Signature Venue, LLC responsible for failure to provide the basic facilities and services due to emergencies, catastrophes, excessive weather or interruptions of public utilities.
Esther's Signature Venue, LLC. will allow you to reschedule if possible. If an Act of God were to occur preventing the event from taking place as scheduled, Esther's Signature Venue, LLC will allow for the event to be rescheduled, pending availability, with no penalty. Last minute cancellations of outdoor site due to inclement weather will not be considered for refunds.

Security cameras are on-site and surveillance the entire inside and outside of the Event Space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
