PLEASE READ ALL DETAILS BELOW This beautiful Backyard has a heated 8ft pool with a jacuzzi that seats 10 people. A full outdoor kitchen (ADDITIONAL FEE’S FOR USE ) equipped with a large BBQ grill to prepare meals for you guests, with gas burners, a sink to keep things clean, a beverage fridge to keep your drinks ice cold and. Pizza oven make your own personalized pizzas. A bar that can be stocked with your requested adult beverages. This space can also be used for video or photo shoots and production events … There is plenty of seating and additional tables and chairs available Rent if needed as well as a rest room and separate entrances .there is plenty of guest parking. This option is just for the back yard ONLY. If you DONT wnt to use either HEATED POOL/JACUZZI nor KITCHEN and ONLY want the use of the space of back yard itself for $200 per hr.. wk day $250 per hr wk end rate Another option is you can choose to ADD-ON the use the KITCHEN ((or)) THE POOL & JACUZZI FOR for an additional $150 per hr BUT NOT BOTH .. or pay for up grades at the door If you wish to utilize (((BOTH))) HEATED POOL/ JACUZZI & FULL OUTDOOR KITCHEN .. pls CHOOSE BOTH ADD-ONS for an additional $250 per hr. For full access. Or pay for upgrades at the door . *******ANY AND ALL PARTIES/EVENTS OVER 40 ppl lasting more than 4 hrs. MUST HAVE SECURITY .. YOU MAY PROVIDE YOUR OWN OR WE CAN PROVIDE SECURITY FOR YOU .. FOR EVERY 40 PEOPLE 1 SECURITY PERSON IS REQUIRED ********** . Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

Teves was extremely accommodating for our party. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. Her space is BEAUTIFUL hands-down and looks better in person. Our group made use of the grill, pool, and jacuzzi. There was tons of street parking to accommodate all of our guests. She was quick to respond during the entire booking and was on hand whenever we had questions. Such a fun night, thank you Teves!
