About the Space
This space is perfect for small intimate events like baby shower, gender reveal, yoga classes, workshops, birthday party, family get togethers, photoshoot, video shoot, wedding party, bbq, mehndi/haldi ceremonies, food tasting, wine tasting any many more. Our outdoor space is spacious for small events and you will absolutely love the view of the entire Bay Area. You will end up with some amazing clicks. Outdoor space is private. We allow music at a controlled volume. Any amenities can be arranged at additional cost.

Parking description
A lot of street parking is available.
General Rules
- No smoking in the premises.
- Outside catering & decorations are allowed.
- No Loud music or base on speakers.
- Hobby equipments are allowed.
- Be respectful of the place and neighbors.
- Leave the space tidy and organized after the event is over. $ 100 fee will be charged if the space is not cleaned.
- Extra Time will incur additional hourly charges.

Security cameras and recording devices
We have cameras on the property. We can pause them during the event if you would like us to do that.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We disinfect the space after every event and follow the local health guidelines.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
