Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We use Clorox Total 360 Disinfectant to clean all of our spaces. Our space is equipped with UV light sanitizing misters which we use after every reservation.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
Our space is easily Adaptable to whatever your needs may be! Naturally sunlight rooms are great spaces for a photoshoot, or the perfect home office for the day. Centrally located space is available for small events, photo shoots, pop up shops and many other things. The space has a full kitchen as well as basic studio equipment for your use.

The windows are 72” wide, with blinds and can be covered with blackout curtains at the customers request!
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
We cannot hear neighbors and we are located on a quiet street. Most noise is occurring on the weekends/evenings. Each room has a split AC unit that is very quiet.

The space is one level, and only requires three steps up into the units.
Staging area is available
The second bedroom or other side of the duplex can accommodate makeup/wardrobe.
All rooms are available for shooting

No loud music after 11pm

All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
Furniture and decorations may be moved

Nudity is allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
All cameras are located on the outside of the residence facing the street and driveway for safety. They will be on at all times.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
