Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Studio cleaning policy Before and after every studio session the studio is deep cleaned by using disinfectant / isopropyl alcohol and/or steam cleaning. All surfaces that could be touched and all props used are sanitized. The studio will be aired thoroughly to minimise any droplets in the air. 2. Time between sessions At least 1 hour will be left between sessions to enable a deep clean of all surfaces and accessories to take place and to ensure there is no contact between customers arriving and leaving the premises. 3. Sick policy Customers will be required to disclose if anyone coming to the session has had a fever or any other symptoms such as coughs, sickness or vomiting or has been in contact with anyone displaying Covid-19 symptoms, suspected of having Covid-19 or has had a Covid-19 positive test result at least 24 hours before their session. Appointments will be re-arranged, at no cost.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

WE ARE South Florida All in One studio that offer, Photography, wardrobe showroom choose from a wide range of clothing for Photoshoots or rental opportunities.. Meeting space for you and your guest and also Event space for up to 25 guest. Over 1500 sq of unit and amazing props to choose from for your next amazing Photoshoot.

General Rules

The client who made the reservation is responsible for all people and equipment on their set including safety and damages. First-time clients are required to receive a short orientation to the studio and the equipment. Food and beverages must be consumed within the studios. Please let staff know if you need a larger trash can. Clients are responsible for all damages caused during the rental. Clean up fees may be applied if the studio is left in an overly messy state including props and equipment not put away, water, body paint, glitter, elements, etc. This is at the studio’s discretion. Props including furniture may be used. Please ask staff for assistance moving furniture onto and off of the cyc wall, if necessary. You are expected to leave the studio as you found it. Do not enter studio spaces without permission from the staff. Studio furniture and props are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Your reservation must include all the time you need to set up, shoot, clean up, and vacate the studio. You cannot enter the studio early, and you’re expected to vacate your studio no later than the time your reservation ends. This allows everyone’s shoot to begin on time. SETUP: You are responsible for setting up your shoot including but not limited to lighting, paper, and equipment. SAFETY: You are responsible for ensuring the safety of your clients and guest. MINORS: Persons under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian with them at all times. MESSY SHOOTS: Loose glitter is prohibited. Any shoot that may become “messy” including but not limited to wax, glitter, oil, water, mud, food, snow, etc must be approved with Black Orchid Studio. Additional cleanup fees may apply.

Security cameras and recording devices

We have cameras through out outside of the property and inside.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
