COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

There is a washroom on site with paper towels for hand drying. There is a bottle of hand sanitizer at the entrance and in the studio space.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

The studio came to be from a vision to host creatives while they bring to life their ideas + creations. Photographers, content creators, artists, makers and creators. We chose the studio name for what it represents; Soul. Art, music and creativity all bring soul to a community. Its expressive nature connects audiences to the creator and uplifts us all! The studio is located in a charming history village with cobblestone walkways, unique architect, and close proximity to many other outdoor interesting visuals. The layout of the studio is open and you'll have access to the entire space during your booking. It is private and located on a second floor level.

General Rules

No smoking in the building Outside food is allowed, but must be cleaned up and garbage removed from the studio Alcohol is allowed for events Please take care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. A cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Security camera at front door and in studio space. They are off for private photoshoots (ie boudoir)

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
