COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings to ensure health safety.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Disposable gloves
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

All activities work great for this outdoor wilderness mountain scape. There are plenty of spots on this 4 acre property to shoot your next campaign, social media content, look book etc. You can bring all the props you want to style out the location. There is plenty of room to diversify shots on the property. Please inquire about the current greenery of the location, due to season the landscape changes pretty often.

Parking description

There is plenty of parking on site. The lot can hold up to 15 - 20 normal sized cars on location. Can easily handle 2 full sized boxed trucks up to 40 feet parked on location. Feel free to contact me with any other info you might need about parking and space for certain vehicles.

General Rules

Please respect the place & nature as you would if you are hiking or camping. Clean and pick up any trash. Smoking is allowed in certain areas. Certain rules will apply depending on shoot and activity.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

We have a few ring camera set up all around the property to monitor any activity.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
