We are a Seafood Restaurant in North Fort Worth that offers our patio spaces for events after hours and on the weekends. We are great for happy hours, product launches, poetry, open mics, celebrations, mixers, social gatherings, and more! Views make for incredible sunsets, ideal for photograhphy and videography. We have great open and FREE parking that is easily accessed. We also are a restaurant so our fully functioning kitchen can be used as apart of the package. We expect you to return our space in the same condition in which it was given to you. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES The cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. -Return the space the way you got it -Take all trash to the dumpster and replace it with new trash bags -Whip down all tables and counters -Sweep the floors -Mop any spills or sticky areas DECORATIONS -No glitter, confetti, or anything like that inside and outside -Nothing can be attached to the wall (command strips, nails, tape) FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. -Keep the inside furniture inside and the outside furniture outside -You can move around the inside furniture all you want just make sure it’s not damaged in the process MISCELLANEOUS There is smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. -No standing in the flower bed or going past the marked gates. -No eating on the carpeted area- at all. -No sitting on tables, inside or outside -No Outside alcoholic beverages -Don’t leave the doors propped open for longer than immediate loading and unloading.
