About the Space
Located in Southwest Berkeley, we provide studios, galleries and office suites for creators to make their best work. From the emerging visual artist to the director, we are here to support every stage of your process. Studio Amenities - 1,547 sq ft - Sound panels - Distribution box with 200 amp, 3 phase power - Ground floor accessible with truck-height loading doors & optional cart/dolly/wheelchair ramp - Private entrance - Blackout - HVAC - Overtime and weekends are possible for an additional fee with advance notice. Notable proximities to our building include ~7 min drive/35 min walk from Ashby Bart Station ~8 min walk from Berkeley Bowl ~20 min drive from San Francisco Civic Center Bart Station

General Rules
We ask our guests to be mindful of the sound panels. Damage to the sound panels or other rental areas will incur an additional fee.
No smoking is allowed in the building or within 20 feet of any entrance.
Food and drink must stay in the designated areas.
No non-prescription or illegal drugs. If alcoholic beverages will be consumed on premises, an appropriate liquor license must be provided.
Music/voices are to be kept at reasonable levels. Speakers must be pointed away from the windows to keep noise levels low.
No one will be admitted to the Premises who appears drunk or under the influence of illegal substances.
No animals or pets allowed without prior consent of an authorized company representative.
Trash should be placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest.
Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Security cameras are in our common spaces only, not in the studio. No audio is recorded.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Health is our top priority. With our updated COVID-response, we ensure to keep our space sanitized and safe.
To keep you safe, we are doing the following:
Our staff is trained on CDC, state and local health guidelines and is C19CO and SafeSet certified.
Masks are mandatory in the building.
With 30' high ceilings, expansive studios stretching over 44,000 square feet and windows that reach the ceiling, we are able to provide air ventilation throughout our space.
Hand sanitizer is located at the entrances of all common areas and studios.
Exterior high contact areas, such as handles, keys and lock boxes, are sanitized regularly.
With the help of our partners, equipment is cleaned and disinfected upon return.
We have sanitation kits and PPE available onsite.
Touchless Thermometers are available on site for personal use.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
