Welcome to Luxe Artistry Studio! We are so glad that you have found us! Our space is open for events and productions of all kinds. In the past we have accommodated everything from birthday parties and baby showers to church services and even photoshoots! Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
The space has the following features:
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has additional space outdoors
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
The space has informational signage including:
  • Detailed checklist of updated cleaning procedure. Download checklist
  • COVID-19 guest guidelines print outs. Download guidelines
  • Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors
  • Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic

The space ended up being exactly what we needed for my baby shower. The staff was very helpful with setup and very flexible ensuring it was set up exactly how we’d wanted. Very happy with this space.

I hosted a 30th birthday party for my boyfriend at this location and may I say this venue is spacious and affordable. At this location, you only have one hour complimentary to setup before your event. I did have to pay an extra fee to come in another hour earlier but Emma was fast at responding and meeting my needs. I ended up coming late for set up and was behind on time but THANK GOD FOR Brianna! (Who was one of Emma’s employees) she kept asking how she can help and created a whole beautiful balloon stand and more! Without her, I would’ve never gotten done with decorations. Parking was also a little hard but we had a blast and because of Brianna I would book again and give this 5 stars!

Yes, I would book again.

It was my first time booking an event and I was pleasantly surprised with the process of it all! Staff was extremely helpful and attentive, communication with host was great and the venue itself was amazing! It was spacious and clean and while parking was a bit hectic, don’t let it discourage you, definitely worth it for the space, will definitely be booking this jem of a spot again!
