COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Professional cleaning takes place between all bookings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
About the Space
Beautiful house with chevron hardwood floors, thoughtful design and great light - great for photoshoots & video. The house works well for brand shoots, engagement, family and boudoir photos. Light is best mid morning and early afternoon. Big backyard also available for styling and shoots.

General Rules
No smoking, no parties - please be mindful of our neighbours. Put all garbage and recycling in the bins at the side of the house.

Security cameras and recording devices
Two cameras in front of the house, they'll be on and recording.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
