2 Story Event Space with Stage, Patio and DJ booth

Our space is approx 7000sqft. There are two entrances. One enters our first floor, 2nd entrance has a staircase that leads directly to our second floor. Each floor has a full bar, wall lined booth seating, and 3 bathrooms. (1 handicapped bathroom each floor.) There is an elevator, plus stairs that adjoin both floors. Our first floor has a full kitchen. We serve Bootsie's Pizza for delivery and pick up throughout the week. (There is an additional entrance for this service that does not interfere with either floor) The kitchen is large enough to share, should you want to provide catering. (We can always feed you pizza!) We have 40 black metal folding chairs. (These can be added to the day rate order if needed.) The vibe is late 80's early 90's with attention to detail, while keeping to a clean, chic environment. Art hangs on the walls and the lighting is dimmable. There is decorative neon lighting throughout and wood paneling in certain areas. One could achieve multiple scenery shots within this space, due to the different tableaus we've created throughout the building. Also, we have an outdoor patio on the 2nd floor that comfortably fits 20 people. We also have access to the roof. The entire building is ours. No residents in floors above.
