Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Our professional cleaning team thoroughly disinfects all spaces on our property between every guest visit and event.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

About the Space

MileAway has been welcoming guests to Stowe for over 150 years, and with our 2022 update, we're ready to continue that tradition for families year round for decades to come! Our large capacity, luxury amenities and super close proximity to Spruce Peak are perfect for a variety of uses. We offer both a first and second floor king primary suite, two fabulous bunk rooms and the option to book a secondary guest house in our barn with a capacity for 4. The two kitchens offer fabulous high style cabinetry, tile and appliances in shades of green, black, gold and marble. Our 6 bathrooms (one powder room and five full baths) are all statement spaces with custom designs, high style and high impact tile, wallpaper and finishes. These spaces are particularly great for product and lifestyle photo shoots.
