Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Hi, thank you for checking out my Peerspace. My location is designed for small gatherings of up to 22 people. It’s ideal for cooking classes, quilting sessions, product launches, team conference meetings, and small celebrations. You will fall in love when you pull up to this huge property filled with beautiful mature oak trees. You will be blown away when you open the front door and see how beautifully decorated this peerspace is. With 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with standup showers, this could space could make an incredible office, home, or commercial business venue.

Parking description

Please feel free to park up to 10 cars/trucks inside the gate on the driveway. Parking is not allowed inside the gate on the lawn. Additional parking is available outside the gate on the side of the road.

General Rules

Please know that animals are not allowed on the property. Smoking or vaping are not allowed inside the house. If your group uses the dishes please start the dishwasher before you leave. Also, please place bagged trash within the blue garbage cans at the back door. Lastly, park only on the concrete driveway. Parking on the grass is not allowed to prevent damage to my sprinkler system. If your group requires additional parking they may park outside the gate on the road.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
