COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We wiped, cleaned and disinfected after every bookings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings
The space has the following features:
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
About the Space
New, beautiful, and extremely clean home. Cleaners thoroughly clean the room after every guest. No exception! Our home is in a quiet neighborhood and right next to a walking trail. 4 minutes from free way 75 and 8 minutes from 2 shopping malls. Brand new home built in 2021. We design every single corner of the house and take care of everything meticulously.

General Rules
• IMPORTANT: No shoes inside the home. We keep the house very clean so shoes won't be needed!
• No food or drinks in the living area. Bottled water is okay.
• Eating areas: Eating areas are the kitchen area and our beautiful backyard. No food allowed outside these areas.
Please use the kitchen for heating food and hot water only. No cooking allowed.
• No parties and events
• No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. Only registered guests will be allowed on property. We don't need to know everyone's names. However, for your and my security, I need to know the number of guests/visitors entering the property. Violations will be fined $500.
• Quiet hours: 10PM – 7AM
• Off-limit areas: All areas are off limit except for the booked areas, bathroom, kitchen, living room, laundry room, and backyard.
• Pets: No pets allowed
• Parking: Park in front of the house. Maximum 2 cars per booking. Let us know in advance if you need additional parking.
• No smoking anywhere inside and near the house. Violation will be fined $500.
• Laundry: Laundry can be done every two days.
• Garbage: Please throw your garbage in the trash can in the bathroom or the trash can next to the garage door.
• Make sure to turn off the lights, the stove, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
• Damages and breakages: If guests break or damage something at your property, they must inform the hosts immediately. The cost of the damage will be billed to guests and reported to Airbnb. Failure to report damage will results in a fine of up to $500.
• Compliance: Guests failing to adhere to your rules will results in penalties ($100 per violation unless stated otherwise) and/or immediate eviction.
• Wash the dishes and throw out the garbage before checkout.
• All furniture and accessories must remain in location they are found in.

Cameras watching all the entrances including garage entrance, main entrance, and backyard entrance.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
