All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

About the Space

Space is perfect for your next meeting, photo shoot or a small get together. The loft is located in a very desirable unique building on the river. It has three huge windows for your guest to enjoy the north view of downtown Chicago and the river! Exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, high timber wood ceilings. The suite is slightly furnished however it could be moved if need to.

Yes, I would book again.

Alexa was an AWESOME host, very welcoming! The space looked even better in person. It definitely fit the vibe of the photoshoot I was having. She wasn’t too strict about time either. She let me and my people take our time even though I arrived a bit late for check-in. I would for sure recommend this space to other fellow artists. 10/10💓😌
