About the Space
Converted from a former glass tile factory, this raw space houses a pool table, ping pong table, upright piano, lounge area and small movie theater fitted with a high definition projector and surround sound system. This space is well suited for your next film screening, location shooting, Superbowl party, game night or anything in between. Easy access to cable, Netflix or music right from your phone. Fridge and table space provided for food and beverages. Street parking is a breeze! There are tons of great food options nearby, including the amazing Happy Belly Deli and Juice Bar down on the bottom floor of the building (open Mon-Fri, 9am to 3pm). Please note that we have a 2 hour minimum for booking this space. In-person viewings are available for a $25 fee which is then subtracted from the total booking amount.

I really loved renting this space! It was fantastic for my boyfriend’s surprise birthday party. We loved playing games and I was able to show a slideshow of pictures. I really appreciated Alexa being communicative and helpful, would recommend! The only thing that would make it better is if we could have more people there since the space is pretty big .
