Parking description
Parking on adjacent Nutwood Street is 50c / hour or $4 for the entire day. Use the PayByPhone app to pay for the entire day. Nutwood Street is only 50 yards from the xTribe alleyway entrance.
General Rules
- No smoking inside the building or inside the coworking space
- No consumption of food inside the coworking space or in the common 2nd & 3rd floor; you are welcome to use the dining patio on the 1st floor
- Please set phones to silence or vibrate when in the common areas
- Please be considerate of noise when in the common areas
- Please don't remove equipment from the coworking space
- If you need to rearrange furniture equipment in the coworking please ask an xTribe team member for assistance

Security cameras and recording devices
5 security cameras in the coworking space at each corner and one in the center above the stage. These cameras will be on and recording, with a data retention policy of 28 days.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All touch surfaces are disinfected between guests and the space is aired out for 15 minutes between bookings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
