We have the home professionally cleaned between guests.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Beautiful Maximalist dream space. The house is perfect for late nights. The huge inclosed porch lends itself to card games, curated dinner parties, deep conversations and watching the sun come up. Although this is never an "overnight" place, we are comfortable with after hours parties that go into the morning! Everything is negotiable. Please reach out. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The home has 2 Samsung The Frame TV's (1 in the living room, 1 in the master bedroom) to stream movies and shows on. (*we do not have cable/satellite). There is an Amazon Echo in every room so you can have music wherever you are. The full kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances, a gas range, a Keurig coffee maker, and plenty of cookware to make a delicious dinner. The home has high speed WiFi. The home also has a brand new LG washer and dryer. We can provide bartending services and event staff for all events!!

Parking description

There is parking for 3 cars (front to bumper) in the driveway on the side of the side of the home. Please refrain from parking in the rocks in front of the home. We are central located with easy access to Lyft's and Uber's as well. There is opportunity to rent parking from the neighbor, message for more info.

General Rules

No smoking inside. Outside event staff, bartenders, catering must be approved. No animals. Amplified music is not allowed after 10pm. Home is not appropriate for young children.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
