About the Space
Our Recording Studio is built for Recording Vocals and Single or 2-Instrument Recording. The interface we are utilizing is the UA Apollo Twin, which is a 2-Channel Interface. We have a large vocal/isolation booth, which was built with multimedia in mind so photographers and videographers would have space to work if hired to take photos or video for a session. Our booth is also large enough for a Podcast Radio setup with a table and 2 mics! In addition to our main studio, we also give you access to our Office Space, which does contain a bathroom.

Parking description
Our studio is located on Residential Property. At the moment, the only way to enter our studio is by entering through the back of the property via an Electric Gate. Inside, our space can hold up to about 6 cars.
Space does not have natural light
Lighting description
There are no windows on our studio space.
Space is soundproof
Ambient noise description
We are not on a busy street. So the noise levels are very minimal. When the A/C unit is on, the outside unit cannot be heard inside the studio. However, keep in mind that our studio is a converted garage with a large garage door, which means that very light sounds of the birds outside or airplanes overhead may be heard at times, but overall, the sound is very minimal and our studio is acoustically treated with the surrounding environment in mind.

We have a garage door that opens up to load equipment into the studio space.
Staging area is available
We have an office space with a bathroom located inside that can be used as a green room or however you may see fit. However, guests must keep in mind that there is a Security Camera in the office space. So the space would not be ideal for wardrobe changes, unless you're changing in the bathroom.
All rooms are available for shooting
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
There are several ares for power in the studio space. As far as how much power can be used without tripping the breaker switches, we're not entirely sure, but the breaker is easily accessible from inside the studio if we needed to reset any flipped switches.

General Rules
Smoking inside the studio is prohibited. You may smoke in the outside area. Food and Drinks are fine, but the place my be cleaned of all food and trash upon leaving the studio.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture may be moved from one section of the studio to another, but may not be removed from the building entirely. Wall decorations may not be moved.
Smoke machines are allowed
No nudity allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
We have several cameras on the property that are always on and recording. Each of our cameras are located in the following places: 2 Cameras in the Parking Area, 1 Camera in our Office Space, 1 Camera at the Main Studio Door, 1 Camera in the Main Studio Area and 1 Camera in the Vocal Booth.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our studio is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each booking. Hand Sanitizer and Disinfectant Wipes are readily available.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
