Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Our space features an inviting open layout with plenty of colorful couches, stools, and cool ottomans to choose from. We’ve designed a custom grass wall and feature plenty of plants to make this a calming space to gather in. The location is easy to commute to, and is best suited for those looking to have small professional gatherings, meetups, masterminds, or just looking to grab a chair and work remote from a new location. Wifi / AirPlay enabled TV’s make presentations a breeze and a seamless experience. Additionally, there is a coffee bar fully stocked and available.

Parking description

There is a large free parking lot behind the building, and ample metered street parking if needed.

No smoking in the building Outside catering is allowed No parties Small well trained pets allowed

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

There are 3 security cameras in the office. Two of the devices are mounted on top of the grass wall pointing to the front and back rooms. The third is located at the reception desk. These devices remain on for security/safety purposes.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
