Home is cleaned regularly and will be monitored/enchanced cleaning between bookings.
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
The Living Room, Porch/Sunroom, Dining Room and Staircase/Landing are the most character driven rooms of the home (wood floors throughout). High ceilings with crown molding and original woodwork, including a built-in bar in the dining area, and leaded glass window in the Living Room. Take a look and let me know what questions you have.

Parking description
6 cars, you could fit an RV if needed, and there is a large lot just across the street. We have a small parking lot with two access points (one on Main St, one on side St)
