All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Relax at Whistling Cloud, our 2020 open living space with 14-ft ceilings bathed in rarified desert sunlight. Sit in the living room or lie in your comfy bed while gazing at the sunrise, starry sky or moonrise over the desert mountains. While it feels worlds away from everything, it's a 10-min from the National Park entrance, 3-min to town and 2 blocks from Coyote Hole hiking. Spectrum Internet. Hammock! Hot tub! Record Player! The perfect getaway with loved ones, buddies, or co-work remotely.

Parking description

you may park along our circular driveway. it can fit about 3-4 cars, but only TWO CARS allowed for overnight parking per my STR county permit.

General Rules

No pets allowed. No indoor smoking. No shoes in the house... thank you! No loud noises. Respect desert living and keep our neighborhood peaceful. No noise outside past 8:30pm. Follow check out instructions before you leave. Respect the desert. No graffiti or art on the rocks. No littering.

There is a camera mounted on top of the garage door facing the driveway.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
