Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We clean after our guest before the next guest come in. Hand wipe down everything including refrigerator, microwave, stove, cabinets, countertops, bar area, lounge space couches tables etc.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
Space has additional space outdoors
Space has HEPA-certified air filters
Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

About the Space

Incredibly versatile soundproof room, perfect for high quality recording. Its a private creative work environment for rent to all creative minds. Offers a comfortable space including luxury amenities that will inspire the creators to do their work. Studio space can be rented. We have space to host unique events, intimate shows & release parties, podcast etc. Studio space can be rented by itself or along with bedroom including a kitchen, bar, and lounge area. bedroom can also be rented with out the production studio room.

General Rules

If you open it, close it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you unlock it, lock it. If you break it, fit it. If you can't fix it, call someone who can. If you borrow it, return it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If it belongs to someone else and you want to use it, get permission. If you don't know how to operate it, leave it alone. If it doesn't concern you, don't mess with it. No smoking in the building. Outside catering is allowed. No loud music allowed outside after 8pm.

Security cameras and recording devices

Security cameras will be on and always recording. Each room except for the bathroom and bedroom has a camera inside and there are cameras surrounding the entire perimeter of the building including the parking lot. The cameras include playback, audio recording, and still images.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
