All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This stylish place to stay is perfect for a meeting, a luncheon or a small function. Bring your group to this spacious home with a variety of spaces for fun and relaxation. You will have the whole house to yourself which includes a fully stocked kitchen, two bathrooms, two living rooms with 60" smart tvs and 4 bedrooms. The backyard features a big deck with seating for 6+ people, a fire pit (with 3 chairs) and a game of corn hole. We have everything needed including: attached parking and spaces next to the property, multiple spaces to dine, cooking essentials, high speed wifi, two computer desks, smart TVs, private large backyard with fire pit, and a game room (including a foosball game, air hockey table, 2 Nintendo gaming consoles, and board games)!

Parking description

There is free parking in front of the house (2-3 cars), spaces along the backyard of the house (can fit 4+ cars), one space in front of the garage, and one space in the garage (access code will be provided on arrival day).

General Rules

• This is a quiet neighborhood and parties will not be tolerated. • No sound systems outside of the residence (back yard or front yard). • No smoking allowed inside and will be allowed in the backyard with windows and doors closed only ($500 minimum fine if any type of smoke is detected in the house upon check out). • Do not flush any diapers, wipes, paper towels, feminine hygiene products, etc. Instead, please use the trash cans in bathrooms. • Please do not more furniture without prior authorization. • Try to refrain from wearing shoes in the house during wet weather. There are two drip trays to place shoes near entrance. • Shut off ga). s valve to the fire pit and grill after each use. • Close umbrella after each use to avoid breakage during unforeseen weather. • Please place all trash in the black garbage bags provided and throw away in the green WM trash bin outside (located to the left side of the garage).

There is a security camera over the front door of the house and in the backyard.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
