COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
The space is cleaned between every use and is fully disinfected to ensure the safety of our guests.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
About the Space
The space is a fully finished basement. It is a separate living space from the home another with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and 1 kitchen. It has a large dining table that works well for co-working or hosting a meal of up to 8 or more people. There is a desk in one of the rooms for a comfortable work space environment. All in all, this space is beautiful and could easy be used for your next video or photo shoot, or a dinner with family and friends :)

General Rules
No smoking, no pets, no large parties, quite after 9pm, coffee provided, towels and other amenities on site for shower if needed.
