About the Space
Enjoy your time capturing your content in this Bohemian Lair with a wrap around balcony. Upon entering this open and airy living space, you’ll see 3 large floor to ceiling windows that give access to the wrap around balcony. You’ll have the opportunity to see there are many different angles that will give you and/or your team with completely different vista ups for your content. Amenities: - Half bathroom is located near the front door your convenience. - Custom crown molding television frame will highlight your presentations or logo beautifully when having a meeting or filming your podcast. - Very large wrap around balcony. - Multiple plants that can be moved around for the perfect shot. - Multiple chairs inside and on balcony. - WiFi Location: We are located in Alexandria,VA. Plenty of dining choices in the neighborhood. Street parking is available. If given enough notice, a parking pass will be given.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Claire was a responsive and friendly host, and her space was fantastic to use for our photoshoot. I had two families come in (different time slots, same day) for a promotional product photography photoshoot, and we had a great location in the couch area and also on the small dining table. There is good natural light from the sliding glass door, but I did supplement with additional lighting. The colorful walls were a treat - the chairs, walls, rug, everything was very lively. Wifi was solid for a videoconference to broadcast the shoot to my client. Easy street parking. All in all a positive experience, thank you Claire!

Incredible space with host to match. The unit had a lot to offer and it's a cozy experience for photography. Claire is also a creative so aligning visions is easy. I can't wait to work with her again.
