Upon entering this open and airy living space, you’ll see 3 large floor to ceiling windows that give access to the wrap around balcony. You’ll have the opportunity to see there are many different angles that will give you and/or your team completely different views for your content. Amenities: - Half bathroom is located near the front door your convenience. - Custom crown molding television frame will highlight your presentations or logo beautifully when having a meeting or filming your podcast. - Very large wrap around balcony. - Multiple plants that can be moved around for the perfect shot. - Multiple chairs inside and on balcony. - WiFi Location: We are located in Alexandria, VA. Plenty of dining choices in the neighborhood. Street parking is available. If given enough notice, a parking pass will be given.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
