House is cleaned thoroughly between guests or events.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

In addition, there is a spacious pool and hot tub located in the back to enjoy the warm days and cold nights. Located in a great neighborhood and minutes away from Legacy West with great dinner spots, shopping centers and close enough to head through North Dallas Full Kitchen and outdoor smoker on the patio.

General Rules

HOUSE RULES: Smoking is not allowed in the house. Pets are not allowed unless approved ahead of time. Parties/events are not allowed unless approved ahead of time. Please be quiet between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am in respect of neighbors. Extra: Body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion are located in the first tall door pantry of the kitchen.
