- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

An absolute stunning house! So much natural lighting throughout and so many different locations to shoot at. Nicole is a pleasure to work with and has amazing communication with fast responding to any questions. I will definitely book again since there’s so many beautiful areas in the house we haven’t been able to Capture yet! 10 out of 10 recommended!
