About the Space

Nestled in a secluded court, this venue is a garage converted into a gaming den. On a nice day we recommend keeping the garage door open while you shoot pool and kick back with some friends and family. Take advantage of Corn Hole and Slammo, or request the grill and have a BBQ, and don't forget to bring ice for the cooler! Kick back and watch channels on the Smart TV including access to Netflix, Peacock, Hulu, and Prime Video, or break out some board games and beers. Features: Pool Table Corn Hole Giant Magnetic Scrabble Board Games Slammo Flat-screen TV Large Coleman Cooler 120 QTs (Ice not provided) Bluetooth Speaker Microwave Two foldout chairs Side tables Up to 8 chairs available, please request however many you will need Foldable table upon request (8 ft long) Firepit and BBQ access upon request You will have no problem finding parking as there is tons of free street parking. If you want to take a stroll through the neighborhood there is a nice 0.25 circle loop. The garage is about 400 sqft, but you also have access to the driveway and court to use for outdoor activities like corn hole, frisbee, etc.

Parking description

Located on a secluded court there is plenty of free street parking. We recommend not parking in the driveway so you can have more room for activities.

General Rules

No smoking in or near the open garage, please walk to the end of the court if you're going to smoke. Be courteous of the neighbors. Turn the volume down on speakers after 9pm to avoid noise complaints. Drink responsibly, and if you can't drive it's okay to pick up your cars the next day. This venue is dog friendly, but it's not gated. So please keep your pets on a leash for their safety. You can ask me about letting them off leash, but I assume no liability, and will need to check with our immediate neighbors first. Last rule, have fun!

Health and Safety Measures

This is a garage, so it is meant as an extension of outdoor activities, and therefore isn't pristine. However we do disinfect high touch surfaces and games.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
