Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Welcome to C.T. Lux a 5 bedroom, two level home now with brand new game room and home theater! Featuring a massive 75” TV monitor with 4k resolution includes Amazon Prime, HBO Max & Netflix for the perfect movie night! Surround sound included. Not a movie night, then beat your bestie at darts or play a game of pool on our full-sized table. Challenge the kids to a game of arcade basketball or tabletop foosball. Large yard suitable for small gatherings like a baby shower or 1st birthday party with loved ones. Book today!

Parking description

Free street parking on both side of Fairchild Street.

General Rules

- No smoking of any kind in the building, allowed outdoors but must be cleaned up before checkout - Outside catering is allowed - No alcohol allowed after 10pm - Please park only on the main street to prevent tickets - Music/other audio should not be able to be heard from the street - Quiet hours begin at 10pm for all outdoor events - All rentals include setup and teardown time - Furniture must be moved back to where you found it - Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking - Not for overnight use

Ring Doorbell and Security Cameras on the outside of each apartment.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
