About the Space
2hr min. $100/hr weekdays // $150/hr Saturday & Sunday This space is specially curated in the heart of historical Mt. Vernon near the Washington Monument and is perfect for your next photo session or video project. The large open space layout of the room is divided into scenes that allow you to capture different points of interest within one space. The studio gives you complete lighting control as our large windows receive direct and indirect sunlight the entire day. With 5 different photo scenes and endless possibilities. There is no internet in our unit (but working on this) So if you were to use it for Live streaming we recommend cell bonding. This studio can be used for photo setups, film Production sets and so much more. We do not recommend this space for social gatherings to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Best for 15 or fewer people at one time. Max is 22 sitting, 35 Standing.

Samuel was very responsive from beginning to end. Space was as advertised and great for a photo shoot. Plenty of natural light and studio gear to use is needed. Variety of props to create the right scene. Recommend that you park in public garage about 1 block away. I would book location again
