About the Space
Get the most charming and photogenic location featuring a classic NYC apartment (SATC feels!) with a twist of minimalism and feng-shui-style. The living room is the most spacious room, all of its walls have moldings -giving it a special touch-, it also has an XL white sofa, rattan rug, modern coffee table, pampas grass and of course, a window. You will also find an XL vintage mirror, round mirrors, sliding white doors with moldings and a gorgeous, modern diving area. The main room has a molded frame for the bed, linen sheets and a "zen space" which contains a round rattan rug, leather chair and pampas grass. At the entrance, is a modern console with some pop of color.

Lorena's space looks just like the photos. It's also spacious for a NYC apartment, which our photographer appreciated for wider shots. Lighting was nice for moodier photos. The host was kind enough to take out the window unit AC in the bedroom for us. Location is great, easy street parking, and the elevator made load in and load out easy. Lorena could be faster to respond to questions. We also did not know she and her husband would be in and out of our the space during our shoot. That was different compared to other bookings and disruptive to the flow of shooting (despite them being friendly and quiet).

Beautiful space and a wonderful host. Super helpful and good communication! Spent the day doing a video shoot- regarding lighting: Daylight and shadows are strongest in the bedroom. Just lovely light. Bring additional lighting for the living room.
