Abandoned Shop, ghetto gang, chain link, body shop, mechanics, mob hangout This was once a dog groom business. It will be renovated in the future but right now it is a great location to look like a gang hangout, with back street, chain link dis-used trashy look. Old dog cages look like a scary gangster set. It is walled in from the adjacent buildings. This is not in a bad area but it looks scary. The building is about 11 sq feet with an old office, washing stations, bathroom and waiting room. Outside are the old dog cages and lockers and car port. This is owned by the mechanics and body shop next door where there is a bathroom and real office. Also, Mechanics lot, office and mechanics garage are possible to shoot. We left the trash for the effect. Cars can be used or moved. Well withing the studio zone, easy to get to. Good street parking. Quiet small street.

This is mostly outdoors so does not require cleaning. The inside is pretty trashy and cleaned upon request. The bathrooms and office next door are cleaned daily professionally
