Restaurant is cleaned by staff regularly. Space will be disinfected before use of space.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Restaurant space located in suburban residential area. 800 square feet bar and seating area. As well outside 800 square feet patio area. 2 gender neutral restrooms. Kitchen There is small area to the side of bar for storage & refrigeration. Kitchen can be used for additional fee. Wait staff and bartender is available for additional cost. Bar services & catering is also available. Space can be used for restaurant pop-ups, event and parties.

General Rules

No smoking inside. Beer & wine only Furniture must be places back in original area. Unless request access to the kitchen and marketplace is prohibited. No pets allowed inside unless a service animal

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Recording devices are located inside all public spaces: outside patio, dining room & market place area. As well as kitchen spaces. All devices will remain on at all times.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
