Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Currently renovating this beautiful house into a creative space for events, retreats, intimate workshops, filming, photoshoots. It has a very hygge feel to it. I am currently renovating the space, and have had a lot of fun with creatives lately coming to shoot "fixer upper", Americana, and "artist in the middle of a journey" type of film and photo work. A PERFECT location for setting up and breaking down for film crews filming on the notorious mountain biking trails of Bentonville! Situated 0.5 miles to Coler Mountain Preserve and 0.5 miles to downtown Bentonville Square. That's INSANE! The location is a logistics dream! Types of work done here recently: - Short film: A father working to crack the case of his missing son = the rooms are bare so the caretive team lined the walls with papers, newspaper clippings, etc. and had the actor on the ground with a mattress and was solely focused on his son's case. The whole vibe of the empty house worked for this indie narrative film. - Photographer styled a "painter" shoot as a 70s styled model in overalls painted the walls - brand photography for an influencer and content creator working on a "fixer upper" series

Driveway is a circular drive with plenty of street parking. Direct access to the backyard through a fenced gate is ideal for major crews, set-up, and vans.

Lighting description

blinds on the windows allow for the light to be manipulated. The living room has a ton of natural light, and the fenced in back yard receives natural light from 7:30am - 7pm

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

We have not set up sound proofing for audio recording. There are rugs layed out to bounce sound and negate any echo.

Equipment loading description

Perfect half circle meant for big loading trucks, vans, and multiple cars to not be blocked in! It's a film crew's dream (believe me I've worked on a ton of Indie film sets) - load right into the back gate with a sliding door to the inside or access the front door.

General Rules

No smoking inside (please take a smoke break outside on the porch and backyard if needed) Catering allowed Pets allowed (please let us know beforehand) This is not a demolition house, so not a space for throwing paint on walls, breaking things, etc. This is house in renovation, so we ask that you do not destroy or break anything while there or it will be added to the cleaning fee.

All ages are allowed in the space

Furniture and decorations may be moved

As of now the furniture in the house can be removed to the back yard if needed. We just ask that anything you take outside be put back in the house when you leave.

Smoke machines are allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Front door and back door security cameras for your safety, ours, our neighbors, and any overnight guests.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
