Historical Murrieta Ranch with Race Tracks

Our property is available for corporate events, meetings, media and film industry events. Some private events may be considered as well. We do not host paid public events. Pricing does not include the interior of the home or surrounding areas of the home, exteriors only. There are plenty of large areas which can be used for parking trucks and cars for production and there are large areas for parking guests. Areas and props/backdrops are priced specifically on property. Message for a price menu. Pricing listed is a base rental price only. Our Ranch is located in The City of Murrieta, near Old Town. The property is gated and bordered with mature eucalyptus trees for added privacy. This scenic, 20-acre ranch has several beautiful features that would make a lovely backdrop to any event or scene. The grounds are covered in manicured lawns and there are 2 ponds; the largest has a sandy beach and small dock and the smaller is encircled by large stones. The front driveway circles and is surrounded by lush landscaping. Our ancient Eucalyptus grove of trees are some of the oldest in the valley reaching over 120 ft. tall. The Ranch encompasses an "Old-California" feel, while being a true motorsport enthusiasts dream. The property maintains a dirt motorcycle track, a paved go-cart track and there is a race shop that has an entertainment area, complete with pool table, bar, and vintage motorcycle displays of museum quality. The guest house is also a vintage gas station with two pumps and provides a view of the large pond. The "bunkhouse" is the ranch office and our western front building, the bath and restroom house.
