Luminous Art Gallery in Historic Building in the Hudson Valley

Gorgeous and spacious art gallery in the Historic District of Newburgh, NY. Located on the ground level of a majestic Gothic Revival mansion, the gallery is in short walking distance to the Hudson River Front, Ferry and the restaurants and bars on trendy Liberty Street. The gallery occupies 2000 square feet, has 10 foot ceilings, movable track lighting, large gothic style windows. This space is available for rental by the hour or for longer stays. Perfect for movie or photoshoot, book signing, etc. Art exhibits rotate regularly within our space. Events that embrace our curated decor are preferred, but pieces can be removed if necessary. Please note that some exhibitions may not be able to be moved and/or may be removed at an additional cost of $300. We can provide folding tables (upon request) and folding chairs (20) available for use at no additional cost. Please note that if chairs are used, they will need to be returned downstairs in the same neat manner in which they were found. We have WiFi available. We are on the ground floor. We have a small fridge that accommodates at least one case of wine available for use. Please note there may be some furniture that we are unable to remove during rentals. Please note that we are street level, but our bathrooms (2) are located on the same level.
