This studio is the perfect flex studio in the heart of downtown pomona where the unique Pomona art walk is held twice a month! Our space can be used for •Photoshoots •Film/Videography •Podcast •Meetings •Events/Party’s •Intimate Weddings •Pop-up events The opportunities are limitless!

General Rules
No Alcohol or Smoking.
No tampering with historic white brick walls.
Empty all trash before leaving.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Outdoor security camera in-front of studio. Camera is on the right hand corner of building.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
It is our duty as business owners to makes sure we keep our studio clean and sanitized so our clients feel they have a clean work space to create in.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
