We ask that all furniture be put back in its original place if moved. All sheets and towels that are used should be thrown into the wash/dryer if possible before checkout.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

The cottage is on 3 lush acres with a combination of green open space and local vegetation including pine trees and palms. There is enough open space to host a small wedding/ event with the privacy of the surrounding pine trees. The house is a charming style home with abundant natural lighting and incredibly bright and airy.

Parking description

Two Unique beach cottages built before 1950 are combined to make one large charming cottage on 3 acres surrounded by lush vegetation and pine trees. This is a perfect place for wedding pictures, vintage photos or local videography.

General Rules

Events larger than 8 people need to be approved by the owner. Please keep cars on the driveway and avoid the use of heavy equipment on the grass. Please put furniture back in the place where you found it. No smoking in the home. Outside catering is allowed. Portable restrooms must be used for parties of 12 or more.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Ring cameras are located on the front door bell, side yard and driveway. They can easily be turned off at your request.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
