All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

There are streets that have residential parking that is available for a fee. There is also parking free in sorrounding streets at a first come first serve basis.

General Rules

No Smoking inside the building. All trash must be in bags. Please take out to alley if you have a lot of trash. All dishes must be washed. Can be left on dish rack. Turn off all lights and insure windows are shut. Pets require a fee. No unauthorized overnight guest.

Outdoor cameras in the front and back of the property. In addition, there is outdoor cameras in common areas.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
