Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

The studio space itself is a 300 square-foot rectangular size space that is big enough for two separate content areas or can be made into one full set. It is soundproof with large ceilings and a glass wall. It can also be modified to whatever you need to be done for your specific set. Words can’t do it justice. There’s also a large lobby where guests or other people can stay during recording. On top of that it is connected to a very large strength and conditioning facility for professional athletes so if you are a fitness contact creator you can also have access to the gym

Parking description

I have built a podcast/YouTube/content studio inside of a 3000 square-foot lobby with office space and 10,000sqft building that is home to a baseball training facility for professional athletes. The studio is completely separate from The training facility but if there is a contact creator in the fitness space they are welcome to also use the gym. We are home to three different podcasts and YouTube channels currently

General Rules

There is no smoking of any kind in the building. There is parking everywhere and completely free. You also can have 24 hour access to the location.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Any security camera is only located in the lobby and for the protection of theft of merch and things like that. No proprietary or licensed content will be recorded.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
