About the Space
Open photography studio can be used for newborn shoots, studio families, boudoir sessions or more. Space has many props, sittings space and backdrops for clients to use. Studio lighting available as well as natural window light. Ideally it would serve a small studio family shoot, thought we have captured up to 20 guests in one sitting. We would love to host you!

General Rules
Here are some simple guidelines you can expect to access our residence:
1- Catering is permitted. No animals, unless agreed by the owner
2- No smoking inside our unit. No exceptions.
3- CAN move furniture around and CAN bring in props.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
One recording camera overseeing full space. Can be turned off on request.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
Sweep + vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
