This beautiful home can work well for your parties, events or dinner functions. The entire downstairs is what is included: ~ Living Room which includes large 70" TV with all streaming services included ~ Living Room comfy sectional and ottoman for entertaining ~ Dining room which seats 6 normally but additional tables can be added to seat more if needed ~ Full gourmet kitchen with all essentials ~ Large kitchen island for catering displays ~ Private Bedroom with private bath included with Queen Size bed and desk area ~ Half bath available for guests (total of 2 bathrooms for guests) ~ Driveway can park 4 compact cars plus plenty of street parking available Home has covered patio with BBQ grill, dining for 6, outdoor heater and fire pit. Comfy patio furniture to seat an additional 8 people. Separate private atrium small patio is great for more intimate gatherings. This space is great for entertaining large groups indoor and outdoor. Plenty of room for table or chair rentals.

Yes, I would book again.

Cynthia and her husband are so warm and super accommodating. Their space is absolutely gorgeous and thought of every detail. All of our guests enjoyed themselves and made themselves at home. We would 100% book here for another event.
