Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The cottages are sanitized and cleaned after every stay with products such as Clorox bleach, Lysol and disinfectant spray- all of which are EPA approved to kill COVID-19. Linens, blankets, etc are changed between each stay and are sent out for professional laundering. We’ve taken extra precautions such as removing throw blankets and using minimal throw pillows and other items that cannot be cleaned as easily between groups. We even use a handheld steam cleaner on non-leather sofas as frequently as possible.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

The property has 8 units of all different styles and sizes: 1 big lodge 2 large cottages 1 tiny house 1 studio-style houseboat 2 small cottages *Pricing and cleaning fees are subject to change and will fluctuate based on total number of units being used. The listed price is NOT for the entire property. The above rental units all share a large lakefront rooftop deck, beach and piers. Great for gatherings, meetings, weddings, events, private dinners, and more! Kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, water volleyball, floating picnic table and lake toys and floats are free.

Parking description

We have enough parking for 15-20 cars. Our neighbor had an overflow parking lot for $10/car.

General Rules

-No smoking in the buildings. -All catering and outside vendors must be confirmed with hosts first. Fees may apply. -Permits and/or insurance may be required for certain events. -Pets are only allowed in certain buildings and areas. Fees may apply and pets must be disclosed ahead of time and cleaned up after at all times. -The total number of guests must be disclosed beforehand. Please ask us before exceeding the agreed upon number of guests. -We have a rental boat available— reach out for more info!

Security cameras and recording devices

We have security cameras on the parking lot and piers for boat rental purposes. No interior cameras or angles impede on personal spaces.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
