Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Our facility is regularly cleaned and disinfected to ensure all guests feel safe and secure while under their allocated time.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
Studio B is a recording space. It's very versatile to clients, because it's customizable. Clients can record a podcast, a song, or do a voice over with the equipment in the space. It can even be rented out for video production. Studio B is used with the Live Room that is across the hall, for recording purposes. Parking description
Parking on premises may hold up to 50 vehicles. This includes parking on the concrete surfaces and the grass area on site. ( Valet can be added for an additional fee.)
General Rules
- No smoking in the building.
- No alcohol is allowed unless served by TABC certified bartender. (with the exception of champagne.)
- All trash should be placed in provided waste bins.
- Guests are not allowed to wander through the building outside of the rental space.
This space has a strict NO FLOUR, NO GLITTER, CONFETTI, NO GUNS, NO HOOKAH, NO SAGE BURNING, & NO FLAMES (except catering burners & birthday candles) policy which will be strictly enforced. This is subject to change as long as the renter does disclose and communicate their desire and intention with using any of the things listed above.
The studio will be presented to the Renter "AS IS". The Renter is responsible for handing back the studio and any equipment or furniture rented, at the end of their session in the same condition.
Rental time begins promptly at the designated starting time and ends promptly at the designated ending time. This time includes move-in, set-up, break-down, move-out and clean-up. Any part of an hour that I go over my scheduled time will be billed at the hourly rate.

All available rooms/spaces do not have security cameras but hallways and entrances do and will be on 24/7.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
