COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Hand sanitizer is provided for anyone and everyone who enters the studio. You're absolutely welcome to wear a mask if you feel most comfortable doing so. Lysol wipes and Lysol spray is available to wipe surfaces and disinfect between sessions.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

About the Space

This small 139 sqft photo studio is perfect for cuddly couples, headshots and/or branding, unique portrait sessions, or small families. There is a backdrop stand, 3 backdrop color options (white cloth, black paper, sienna paper), a floral tapestry, and a lifestyle wall with a velvet green futon and gallery wall. You're welcome to bring your own backdrops and lighting equipment. You can use our speedlites for an extra fee.

With the studio being located in the office building, there is free parking on the property.

Lighting description

There is one window in the space. The light comes in from the skylight. There are sheer white curtains you can use or block the light another way you see fit.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

You can occasionally hear the tenants in other offices, but not often, and it's not incredibly distracting. The office building itself is on a busy street, but you won't need to park on the street or anything.

Our studio space in the office building is the only space to be used for photography or filming purposes. I'm not one to bother the business of others, so I would hope the folks who book the studio would be the same way! :)

Furniture can be moved around in the studio space, but please do not take any of our furniture out of the office building. Please ask or request in advance if you'd like something removed from the walls.
