About the Space
This facility is a content creative space located in the Midtown near the Woodruff Arts Center, Colony Square and SCAD Atlanta area. We have a media room space w/ retractable green screen, two 4K cameras, two XLR mics w/ 360 rotatable boom arm for podcasting & radio. Two desktop monitors with Mac Mini + Win operating system. Some programs include BUTT, Vmix, Adobe Premier, Radio Boss, etc... (GVM SD200D LED Video Light with Softbox included with space). Ask about renting our HollyLand wireless Lavaliere mics. Paid onsite parking is provided at an hourly rate and $20 daily. We also have the option of metered tree parking which is free after 10pm.

Entrance requires ramp and loading trucks need to be moved after drop off.

Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed
Electrical system description
Four outlets are available along with surge protectors and charger ports. The circuit breaker is inaccessible.

General Rules
No smoking in the building.
No food and Drink around equipment. (break room is provided)
Guests must abide by the buildings policy.
No loud music between 9am-5pm.
No pets allowed.
All rentals include setup and teardown time; please inquire for details about staffing.
Furniture must be moved back to where you found it.
Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking.
Front door must be locked upon departure from the space; please use lock box and key code provided
ALL minors must be accompanied by an adult of age 18+
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
It is permitted to move furniture outside of the room, but must be returned to its exact position at the end of booking.
Smoke machines are allowed
Nudity is allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
The security cameras are visible in the area and in the surrounding rooms. All except for restrooms which are accessible for dressing.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We at Landmark Studios go above and beyond CDC compliant cleaning processes. Before and after every rental we hydrostatically fog with hospital grade botanical cleaner as well as wiping down high touch surfaces.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
